We would like to notify you of the following:
LAST DAY FOR 2025 ORDERS AND SHIPPING:
- Our last date for accepting new orders for delivery before Christmas is Monday 22nd December, with our final shipping date being Tuesday 23rd December.
- Depending on the courier service used, please expect pallet deliveries to arrive from Monday 5th January, and smaller packages to arrive from Friday 2nd January.
- Due to the extremely high volumes of goods being shipped by businesses through courier networks, we would suggest allowing 2 days for all deliveries.
- Any orders received after Monday, 22nd December will be dealt with from Monday 5th January 2026.
SERVICE SUPPORT AND EMERGENCY CONTACT:
- We will be closed on weekends and UK & EU Public Holidays: Thursday 25th December, Friday 26th December, Thursday 01st January.
- Emergency contact – If you subscribe to our PureCare 24/7 emergency support package and need to reach us during closure, please call the out-of-hours number in your contract.
